    HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

    In most cases we’ll ship your order within the next 24 hours. Occasionally we may need more time to prepare your products and will ship within 48 hours.

    As soon as your order is dispatched from one of our warehouses, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. You will be provided with the tracking number of your order and instructions how to track the progress of your shipment. 

    I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

    We’re sorry for sending you an incorrect item in your order. In this case, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service. We shall provide you with detailed instructions how to return the product. 

    Please, include the following details in your email: 

    1. Your name and the email address you have registered on our website.
    2. The reference number of the incorrect item
    3. Please, indicate if you’d like to receive a refund or the correct item from your order.

     As soon as you send the incorrect product back to our warehouse, we shall send your new product and provide you with the tracking number of your order and instructions how to track the progress of your shipment.

    A PRODUCT IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER

    Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check our emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

    If you haven’t been informed about a separate shipment, please get in touch with our Customer Service.

    Please, include the following details in your email:

    1. Your name and the email address you have registered on our website.
    2. The reference number of the missing item

    DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

     

    If your country is in the European Union you will not be charged any customs or import duties.

    For all other countries, you may be charged customs and import duties. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

    It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

     

    DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?

    We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person. 

    In order to add a shipping address different from your billing address. Please, take the following steps:

    1. Log in to your account
    2. Click the button “Add a shipping address”

    HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE?

     

    If you would like to return a product back to us, please, contact our Customer Service providing the following details:

    1. Your name and the email address you have registered on our website.
    2. The reference number of the product you’d like to return
    3. The new product you want to receive instead

    Once we receive your return at the warehouse we will get in contact with you and process your request. 

     

    WHERE IS MY ORDER ?

    If you have already received our confirmation email with the tracking number of your shipment, have a look at our Shipping & Delivery page to find out if tracking is available for you country.

     

    If tracking is available, please, note that you'll be able to track your shipment only after it has been imported in your country. Wait 7-8 days and then try the tracking website for your country.

    If you haven't received your tracking number within 48 hours, please, check the Spam folder of your email to see if the email hasn't been caught there. It happens quite often with Gmail accounts. In this case you may need to add our email info@intrigo.co.uk to your Contacts to ensure that you'll receive our emails in the future.

    I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

    We carefully check all the products we send to our customers and we try to ensure that you’ll receive top quality goods. So if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service.

     

    Please, include the following details in your email:

     

    1. Your name and the email address you have registered on our website.
    2. The reference number of the faulty item
    3. Please, indicate if you’d like to receive a refund or a new product.
    4. In case you’d like to receive a new product, please, The product you would like to receive instead of the faulty product. You can choose the same product if there is available size or a different product up to the same value.

     

    As soon as you send the faulty product back to our warehouse, we shall send your new product. You will be provided with the tracking number of your order and instructions how to track the progress of your shipment.

    HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED GOODS?

    As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.

    You can also use the tracking number received from the delivery company upon sending your products, to keep track of the progress of your shipment.

    DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ?

    No, we currently do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a form of payment. 

     

    The only way you can pay for your order is by your credit or debit card.
